Returns Policy

Please make your selections carefully because ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Criss Cross Row does not accept returns.

If an item is defective, the customer must notify Criss Cross Row of the defect within fifteen (15) days of the date that the order was shipped to the customer. Preapproval of the return of the defective item is required. Customer must include a copy of the original sales receipt with the defective item. Upon receipt of the defective item, Criss Cross Row will replace said item or offer a merchandise credit, if the item is no longer available.

If Criss Cross Row makes a mistake and if we ship the wrong item to the customer, the customer must notify Criss Cross Row within fifteen (15) days of the date that the order was shipped to the customer. The returned item must be in its original unused condition. Criss Cross Row will arrange for the return of the “mistaken” item and we will work with the customer to resolve our error.
