The immediate acknowledgment message is followed by two emails, one generated by the website that provides a copy of the order and a second email when the order is shipped from Criss Cross Row.

FAX: A customer may FAX an order to Criss Cross Row at (302) 239-4715. Please provide the quantity desired, designer/manufacturer/brand, title, color, count, size, and/or cut. Please include your telephone number and e‑mail address so that I may contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.
If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information over the internet, you may call or fax your credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, and your contact phone number. At your request, Criss Cross Row will keep this information on file for use in future orders. For customers that prefer to keep credit card information on file, the information is very carefully stored the 19th Century way... on a 3" x 5" index card in a locked box.
